John Cooper
Investment Banking Advisor Mr. Cooper brings a wealth of experience to The Strack Group's Board of Advisors, with a distinguished career spanning executive roles and investment leadership. As Managing Partner at Carlsquare, he advises and represents technology companies worldwide in financings, M&A activities, and corporate restructurings.
Over his career, John has led or participated in financing and M&A transactions for more than 375 technology companies, with expertise in SaaS enterprise applications, Internet technologies, and Healthcare IT. Previously, he held senior corporate development roles at global leaders such as American Express, First Data, McKesson, and Microsoft. He also served in leadership positions at SoftBank, Montgomery, and Houlihan Lokey. John is the founder of Halestreet Investments, where he invests in and mentors young technology companies. He also contributes to adolescent brain health initiatives through his personal foundations and holds board positions with both private and non-profit organizations. His depth of knowledge and strategic vision are invaluable assets to The Strack Group.
